Wow, it feels good to beat a Pittsburgh team.
I know the only actual rivalry between the two cities is the Penguins and the Flyers, but for whatever reason, I always find myself rooting against Pittsburgh sports.
Except for the Pirates; they have a beautiful ballpark and a good team there would go a long way for MLB.
Also if the Steelers play an NFC East rival or the New England Patriots, I of course root for them.
Anyway, it’s nice knowing Philadelphia is once again proving they are the better Pennsylvania sports town.
It’s a Broken Record at this Point

I feel like I say this every week, but that’s because it is true:
Jalen Hurts’ performance against the Steelers very well may be the best of his career.
Hurts started a tad slow with completions, but after he found that rhythm, he was fantastic. He finished the day 19/28 for 285 yards and a career-best 4 TDs.
The third-year QB had 2 carries for 10 yards, accounting for 295 yards of offense all on his own, and a majority of it was with his arm.
I say it every week, and I am sure people are tired of it by now. But, Jalen Hurts is showing he is a franchise player week in and week out.
AJ Brown, New Owner of the Pittsburgh Steelers:
Not sure if I have wrote this statement in one of these articles, but I have definitely talked about and tweeted it: AJ Brown is the most talented wide receiver the Eagles have had since Terrell Owens.
Look, DeSean Jackson, Jeremy Maclin, Alshon Jeffery, etc. have been really good wide receivers for the Eagles.
They all also at one point or another were WR1 on Eagles’ teams.
However, none of them are even close to the level AJ Brown is, or the level he can still reach. He is that special.
It is absolutely mind-boggling that the Tennessee Titans traded him away just as he enters his prime.
I’m obviously not complaining.
Brown finished the day with 6 catches for 156 yards and 3 TDs.
What’s crazy is that he could have had even crazier stats if not for one or two drops, getting tackled for behind after a big play, and being benched along with the other starters in the 4th quarter.
AJ Brown is a top-10, maybe even top-5 WR in the league.
He is also paired with DeVonta Smith, who also has WR1 potential. After YEARS of wide receiver problems, we deserve AJ Brown (and Smitty).
Houston has a problem, 2 of them in fact

It’s Philadelphia vs. Houston. Entering Thursday, November 3rd, 2022, two sports teams from these cities square off.
The 7-0 Philadelphia Eagles look to have their first 8-0 start in franchise history against the 1-5-1 Houston Texans.
Meanwhile, the Houston Astros take on the Philadelphia Phillies in a critical Game 5 of the World Series.
I never really cared about the city of Houston before last week.
Now, all I want is their fans to suffer.
I am pouring my entire soul into Thursday’s game. I’m predicting an Eagles AND Phillies win. Let’s have a fun one.
Go Birds and Red October.
